Q.Tell us about a time when you disagreed with your manager. What did you do?

 

A.Usually when I dont understand what I'm doing I ask to make it clear.

My manager knew many work processes but not everything.

Sometimes when I asked manager something he didnt know, he disagreed my work process.

I explained with ticket links and briefed last meeting and then he understood why I ask and my work process.

I think many issues between people could be solved by well communication.

Q.Tell us about a time you faced a conflict at work and how you resolved it.

 

A. My team runs many services which need variety skill sets including backend and frontend.

Ive worked in bigdata field but one day my manager told me to work on frontend service

because he tried to make team members know how to run every team services.

I had to run spring services even I didnt know, so watched internet lectures about Spring a lot.

Spring task made me stressful thinking not to finish it til ETA, but I made it.

I explained to manager that if i can focus on what i can do better, it would be efficient more

He accepted my opinion and after that I could work for bigdata tasks back.
